As the Padmavatrelease date fast approaches, members of Karni Sena distributed memorandumthreatening theatres inGurugram.
The memorandum asked the theatresnot to screen the movie.
" Wait and watch what happens on 25th" was all their response to a questionwhat will they do on the release date.
The movie is scheduled for release on January 25.

The Sanjay Leela Bhansali's film earlier calledPadmavati was scheduled for release on December 1, 2017.However, its releasewas postponed after a widespread protest by certain fringe elements.
The film, which was banned by Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Haryana. However, following Supreme Court (SC) intervention, the movie is likely to be released even in these states.
