Snoop shared a picture on his official Instagram handle and revealed how he is managing his "grandfather duties" amid his Olympic responsibilities.

In the heartwarming photo, Snoop was seen squatting down to tie his granddaughter's sneakers while she stood patiently. He captioned the image, "Grandpa's duties while at the Olympics," following his participation in the Olympic torch relay through the Paris suburb of Saint-Denis during Friday's opening ceremony.

Reflecting on his relationship with his own grandfather, Snoop said, "My grandpa was my best friend, and for me to be that for my grandkids shows that I actually did well and was able to outlive the circumstances."

Earlier yesterday, Snoop also addressed the criticism of an American carrying the torch for the Paris Games. "This says a lot about America as far as where we’re at in this world," he said. "At the same time, it says a lot about France as far as connecting the dots and allowing me to do this. I look at this as a prestigious honour and something I truly respect. I would have never dreamed of anything like this."
