Naga Chaitanya and Rana Daggubati are cousins and known to be close to each other.
On Thursday, Rana and Miheeka got engaged in an official ceremony and posted a couple of pictures of themselves on their social media accounts.
Last week, Rana made his relationship public by sharing a photo withMiheeka on Instagram. "And she said yes! #MiheekaBajaj'', he wrote. The couple is planning to get married by December 2020.
