Oscar's best actor, actress nominees to get bottles of champagne worth $2,000

You win or lose the coveted golden statue but you will go home on a 'high' on Oscar night. French champagne house Piper-Heidsieck is giving Oscar nominated actors and actresses $ 2,000 worth bottles of champagne. Check out the full list of nominees here.

As part of the deal for the 91st Oscars ceremony to be held on February 24, all best actor and best actress nominees have been gifted a bottle of Rare Le Secret. Also see: Oscars 2019: Get to know the Best Actress nominees of the year

Furthermore, during the ceremony, 1,500 bottles (or 8,500 glasses) will be served including Cuvée Brut Limited Edition Magnums, Rare 2002, and Rare 1998 Magnums. Also see: Christian Bale to Bradley Cooper, Oscars 2019 Best Actor nominees are a bunch of talent!

The limited-edition magnum is being custom made for the Oscars and features the brand`s signature cuvée brut.

The champagne will be poured exclusively at the awards ceremony inside the Dolby Theatre and at the Governors Ball, the Academy’s official Oscars after-party in the adjacent Dolby Ballroom.

In addition, Piper-Heidsieck champagne will be poured at Academy events in Los Angeles, New York and London.
