Kanye West or 'Ye' is once again making headlines. The rapper has been sued by a model Jenn An who accused the rapper of sexual assault in 2010.
Trigger warning: Some readers may find the story disturbing. Discretion is advised.
Jenn, who is a former contestant on America's Next TopModel, said that the incident allegedly took place on the set of a music video for La Roux’s “In for the Kill” in 2010. Along with the rapper, she has also sued Universal Music Group for gender-motivated violence.
In a lawsuit filed in federal court in New York, Jenn claims that Kanye assaulted and strangled her with both hands as he forced her into oral sex.
As per TMZ, Jenn claims that the shoot for the music video took a ''horrible turn'' when Kanye picked her out of a lineup of women, allegedly saying, "Give me the Asian girl."
Calling it humiliating and dangerous, Jenn revealed that she was wearing lingerie and told Ye that she was not wearing much. To this, West replied, "That's why I chose you."
In the suit, she also claimed that the Donda rapper strangled her with both hands and then "smothered" her face with his hands. He allegedly "rammed several fingers down her throat and gagged her to emulate forced oral sex."
This horrific act continued on for more than a minute and the music video shoot felt more like "pornographic gagging/deep throat/BDSM fetishes"
During all this, Ye screamed, "This is art. This is f**king art. I am like Picasso." Notably, Ye and Jenn didn't feature in the videos of the song.
This new lawsuit is an addition to several legal cases filed against West. In October, Ye was sued by a former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, who accused him of drugging and sexually assaulting her at a party.
Pisciotta has worked with Ye as his assistant from 2021 to 2022.
