K-drama stars Lee Joo Myung, Song Joong Ki, Chun Woo Hee to feature in romantic drama

Lee Joo Myung set to join actors Song Joong Ki and Chun Woo Hee

K-drama stars Lee Joo Myung is set to join Song Joong Ki and Chun Woo Hee in an upcoming romance drama and fans can’t keep calm at the prospect of seeing their favourites on the screen together.

Lee Joo Myung is known for her role in Twenty-Five Twenty-One. Her feature with the other two stars started floating when several South Korean media outlets hinted that something was brewing. Lee’s agency then fanned the buzz and acknowledged that there was indeed some truth to the buzz.

Lee’s agency confirmed by saying, “Lee Joo Myung has received an offer to appear in 'My Youth' and is currently reviewing it."

The upcoming drama is written by writer Park Si Hyun. Lee Joo Myung has reportedly been approached to play an important role in the upcoming title My Youth. We don’t know for sure if the title is temporary or the finalised one.

Details about her role have not been disclosed yet. What we do know is that Song Joong Ki and Atypical Family actress Chun Woo Hee are set to lead the show. The plot centres on Sung Jae Yeon and Seon Woo Hae, who reunite after having been separated for 15 years.

Lee was last seen in the role of Ji Seung-wan in Kim Tae Ri and Nam Joo Hyuk’s starrer.

As for Chun Woo Hee, she will be seen in a new project soon. She was last seen in Netflix shows like Atypical Family and The 8.
