General Hospital star Haley Pullos sentenced to 3 months in prison after DUI, wrong-way crash

Haley Pullos, known for her role as Molly Lansing-Davis on General Hospital, surrendered herself to Pasadena City Jail on Monday, exactly one year after her arrest on April 29, 2023. Pullos, 25, was sentenced to 90 days in jail after pleading no contest to charges stemming from a hit-and-run followed by a wrong-way crash on a Los Angeles freeway, resulting in bodily injury and property damage.

Her attorney, Mark Daniel Melnick, confirmed to PEOPLE that Pullos also received five years of probationand 200 hours of community service, and was ordered to pay $8,260 in restitution to Courteney Wilder, the other driver involved in the crash.

Melnick expressed Pullos' gratitude for the court's recognition of her remorse and efforts towards sobriety. "Haley is very grateful to the court for a minimum sentence and for recognizing her remorse and the strides she has made in her sobriety," he told PEOPLE in a statement.

The incident occurred in April 2023 when Pullos was found in her car by law enforcement, unable to exit. The Pasadena Fire Department had to use the “jaws of life” to extricate her, after which she was taken to a local hospital. Wilder, the other driver, also sustained major injuries and was hospitalised.

In June of the same year, Pullos was charged with one felony count of DUI causing injury, one felony count of driving with a .08 BAC causing injury, and one misdemeanour count of hit-and-run resulting in property damage. Pullos pleaded not guilty to the charges.

In response to a lawsuit filed by Wilder seeking damages, Pullos denied the allegations, arguing that any damages were caused by Wilder's own conduct and requested the case be dismissed with Wilder covering her legal fees.

Following the crash, Pullos entered a rehabilitation treatment facility and took a break from her role onGeneral Hospital to focus on her recovery.
