Looks like ex-lovers Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have learnt it the hard way that a murky custody battle will affect the very children that they are fighting to protect. As Hollywood’s high-profile couple parted ways in September 2016, the two have been embroiled in a controversy of putting the other down and attracting public trial for the former partner. The two parted ways after Angeline revealed that Brad’s substance abuse had a detrimental effect on their kids and his apparent behaviour towards them did no one good. Angelina later also accused Brad of not paying 'meaningful' child support for their kids. In response, Brad hit back and revealed in legal documents that he had given $1.3 million in costs and loaned $8 million to help Angelina buy a house.
Now, according to a report published in a website, the two are ready to bury the hatchet. The source was quoted as saying: "Brad and Angelina actually set up a secret meeting at her house. It’s the first time they have truly gotten together to make things work since their group therapy with the children. Brad and Angie’s meeting was a success. They are going to stay with the plan set forth through the courts."
The couple is parents to six children Maddox, 17, Pax, 14, Zahara, 13, Shiloh, 12, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 10.
