Deepika Padukone wrapped up the Delhi schedule of her upcoming film 'Chhapaak' on Monday. The film's director Meghna Gulzar shared photos from the film set on Twitter and wrote, "Happily halfway done! Delhi schedule wrap for team `Chhapaak`."

The crew had been shooting in and around Delhi for the past month. Photos and videos of the shoot were leaked online on several occasions including a kissing scene that features Deepika and Vikrant Massey.

'Chhapaak' is based on the true story of acid attack survivor Laxmi Agarwal, played by Deepika. Vikrant Massey plays her partner Alok Dixit. The movie is scheduled to release on January 10, 2020. Deepika turns producer with this film.

In March, the 'Padmaavat' star unveiled the first look of 'Chhapaak' in which she was seen with prosthetics of scars and burns on her face.
