Ben Affleck hangs out with ex-wife Jennifer Garner on Father's Day amid split rumours with Jennifer Lopez

Reports are rife that Ben Affleck spent this Father's Day with his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner amidst ongoing speculation about his marriage to Jennifer Lopez. On Sunday (June 16) Garner, 52, was seen arriving at Affleck's rented house in Brentwood, Los Angeles. Around the same time, Lopez took to her Instagram stories to call Affleck a "hero" in a Father's Day post.

Photos obtained by Page Six captured the moment Garner entered the house. Affleck, 51, was later seen driving Garner back to her home.

The former couple, who were married from 2005 to 2018, share three children: Violet, 18, Seraphina, 15, and Samuel, 12. Their Father's Day meet-up is seen as a testament to their continued commitment to co-parenting, despite their separation.

Lopez's latest Instagram post for Affleck follows a series of reports about potential issues in their marriage. Adding fuel to the speculation, the couple reportedly attended their son Samuel's graduation event separately last week. Moreover, they have put their Beverly Hills mansion on the market, a property they purchased for a staggering $60 million in 2023.

Sources revealed to Us Weekly on June 10 that the 38,000-square-foot estate, which boasts 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, a 12-car garage, and extensive sports facilities, is being shown to prospective buyers, despite not being publicly listed.

In May, reports indicated that Affleck had moved out of the mansion "several weeks" earlier, heightening rumours of an impending split.

Neither Affleck nor Lopez have publicly commented on the sale of their mansion or the state of their marriage.

In a surprising turn of events, Lopez has since cancelled her "This Is Me … Live" tour to prioritise her family.

In an email to fans, tour promoter Live Nation conveyed Lopez’s heartfelt message, which read, “I am completely heartsick and devastated about letting you down. Please know that I wouldn’t do this if I didn’t feel that it was absolutely necessary. I promise I will make it up to you and we will all be together again. I love you all so much. Until next time…”
