Watch: Chris Pratt records an 'illegal' video on the sets of 'Avengers: Endgame'

Chris Pratt plays Star-Lord in the 'Gaurdians of the Galaxy' series.

We all know how Marvel went the extra length to keep the plot of 'Avengers: Endgame' a secret. Directors Anthony and Joe Russo even appealed through social media to fans to stay away from spoilers. Actors were also apparently not allowed to film fanything on set. But actor Chris Pratt sneaked in his mobile and even made a behind-the-scenes video.

'Avengers: Endgame' released worldwide on 26th April and now, four days later Pratt has shared the 'illegal' video on his Instagram page. The video appears to have been taken during the shoot of the climax scene when all the superheroes come together.

"I remember being blown away at this moment on the @avengers set. Nobody was allowed to film anything on their phones. I said screw it. No rule was going to stop me from seizing this once in a lifetime opportunity to capture this collection of stars, a group that likely will never be in the same room again. We are so blessed. (sic)" Pratt wrote along with the video.

The video features Robert Downey Jr, Benedict Cumberbatch, Chirs Evans, Tom Holland, Sebastian Stan, Chris Hemsworth, Don Cheadle, Elizabeth Olsen, Dev Bautista, and the body doubles of Gramora and Nebula along with Pratt who plays 'Star Lord' in the film.

Pratt's video is well-timed as fans have had an emotional weekend across the world as 'Avengers: Endgame' brought the curtains down for MCU's past decade of films. The fitting finale saw surprising deaths and retirements and hinted at a new beginning although Marvel has not officially announced anything so far.

Meanwhile, 'Avengers: Endgame' has been shattering records worldwide and earned a whopping USD 1.2 billion in the opening weekend.
