This is what Kim Jong-Un and Donald Trump ate at the Singapore summit

As US President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un potential denuclearisation, this is what the leaders, as well as the media and journalists, will be eating during the historic summit in Singapore. 

Lavish and luxurious menu for Kim and Trump will include dishes from the country as well as dishes combines the flavors of East and West.  

Starters
1. Traditional prawn cocktail with avocado salad 
2. Green mango kerabu with honey lime dressing and fresh octopus 
3. "Oiseon" which is a Korean stuffed cucumber 

Main Course
1. Beef short rib confit, with potato dauphinois and steam broccolini with red wine sauce on the side
2. Combination of sweet and sour crispy pork and Yangzhou fried rice with homemade XO chili sauce 
3. "Daegu jorim" which is a soy braised cod fish with radish and Asian vegetables 

Desserts
1. Dark chocolate tartlet ganache 
2. Haagen-Dazs vanilla iced cream with cherry coulis 
3. Tropezienne 

Meanwhile, popular Indian dishes including other varieties will be served to nearly 3,000 journalists from across the world who are here to cover the historic summit with a menu that will offer 45 dishes across 15 cuisines to suit all palates, the Strait Times reported.

On offer will be Indian, Singaporean, Malaysian, Vietnamese, Thai, Korean, Japanese, Chinese, French, American, Italian, English, Australian, Brazilian and Middle Eastern food.

Indian dishes like Pulao, Fish Curry, Chicken Curry and Papad will be served at the F1 Pit Building - the official media centre for the summit - in downtown Singapore.

There are quintessential Singaporean dishes, such as laksa and chicken rice which will be served hot at manned stations. Several caterers have been roped in to help feed the journalists meals from breakfast to lunch, tea to dinner, the report said.   

About 25 chefs per shift - there will be two shifts per day except on Wednesday - will be stationed at the media centre, the firm said.
