A company is offering the unique service of "scolding" bosses anonymously to those employees who keep on holding their grievances fearing repercussions in the United States.

OCDA was founded in 2024 by stand-up comedian and actor Calimar White, who enjoys 280,000 followers on Instagram.

The service became famous after an influencer known as “The Feedski”, who has around 800,000 followers, shared a video of the service on November 7 on TikTok which received more than 9.4 million views.

According to the company's official website, it operates like a non-profit organisation which is dedicated to “rectifying complaints and creating a better work environment”.

The company's mission is to ensure that all complaints are acknowledged while fostering a culture of responsiveness and respect in the workplace.

Here's how the company works

After a company receives a request, a designated “scolder” visits the workplace of the client, confronts the colleague or boss and sternly criticises them on the basis of the complaints of the customer.

The agent is expected to strictly follow the "cussing script" regardless of how upset the boss is or how tense the situation is.

In areas where the company fails to provide service in person, it is conducted through phone calls.

After each session, the company shares “cussing” videos on its official YouTube account, which has as of now more than 80,000 followers.

"Scolders" are being recruited by the company actively through social media and the candidates need to have some unique requirements, such as “must be a parent who frequently cusses at their kids” and “must come from a single-parent household”.

“The company is delivering a 5-star service to their clients’ bosses with a 1-star attitude," wrote another user.

“Please bring this to China. I urgently need this!” said a third user.
