Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) fighters stand guard as a convoy of truck transports civilians fleeing the battered Islamic State-held holdout of Baghouz.
At least six civilians were killed on Sunday when the rockets were fired by jihadists in the Syrian city of Aleppo, the state news agency reported.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, a Britain-based war monitor said 20 rockets were fired into neighbourhoods of Aleppo.
The state media reported that seven people were also wounded in the rocket fire.
Aleppo is located in the north of the country next to Idlib, a province dominated by Syria's former Al-Qaeda affiliate, Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS).
