Texas Tech says the campus remains on lockdown.
It adds that police officers had brought the suspect in for debriefing. That the "suspect shot an officer, fled on foot."
And that he is still at large.

News reports said a Texas Tech University police officer has been fatally shot.
The University has said the "current situation" is ongoing and that everybody on campus should "continue to shelter in place".
