The talks in Chandigarh started at around 8.15 pm on Sunday and ended at around 1 am on Monday.
In the United States, a man in Minnesota shot dead two police officers and one paramedic. The man barricaded himself inside a house in Burnsville with multiple children early on Sunday morning. Three first responders were killed and one other was injured when the confrontation turned into a gunfight.
