Indonesia President Joko Widodo says may reshuffle cabinet before second term

Indonesian President Joko Widodo said he is considering to reshuffle the cabinet before swearing-in for a second five-year term in October, a local newspaper published on Monday.
During an interview, Widodo hinted that he would not insist on choosing technocrats over politicians.
Widodo claimed victory based on unofficial results in a televised press conference in Jakarta. Though official results are not due until May 22.
Widodo had reshuffled his cabinet several times during his first term. His cabinet is a mixture of technocrats and politicians from parties in his ruling coalition.
The president will continue the economic reforms which he started in his first term with a focus on tackling sagging foreign investment, the troubled education system and restrictive labour rules, news agency Reuters reported.
Widodo’s main rival, former military general Prabowo Subianto made a public speech claiming his own victory.
The president urged his supporters to wait for the official results, set to be declared in May.
