Quentin Tarantino's Charles Manson film to release on 50th anniversary of the Tate murders

Hollywood director Quentin Tarantino's rumoured project on Charles Manson is slated for a release on August 9, according to a leading USfashion magazine.
The ninth and next-to-last film for Quentin Tarantino is said to be based on the life of cult leader Charles Manson while following the gruesome murder trail he left behind.
As published in the report, the movie will be releasing on the 50th anniversary of the Sharon Tate murder.
The untitled movie is now with Sony Pictures which won the rights to Tarantino's film last month.
Actress Sharon Tate and four friends were found dead August 9, 1969. Manson ordered his followers to visit the house where the pregnant Tate was staying in Benedict Canyon area of Los Angeles with Steve Parent, Jay Sebring, Wojciech Frykowski, and Abigail Folger. Tate was eight and a half months pregnant with director Roman Polanski's baby.
The filmis expected to start shooting in Los Angeles this June before hitting theatres on August 9th, 2019.
