After making headlines for endorsing the Trump campaign, Elon Musk has gained the limelight once again for purchasing a $35 millionmansion in Texas. The impressive estate is designed to accommodate his large family, including 11 children and their mothers.

According to reports, the Tesla founder has acquired a 14,400-square-foot mansion along with a six-bedroom property adjacent to it, according to public records. These neighbouring properties are intended for two mothers of his children to reside in. According to the source, Musk believes this will “let his younger children be a part of one another’s lives, and Mr. Musk could schedule time among them.”

Additionally, Musk lives in another mansion ten minutes away from his new properties in Austin. According to reports, Shivon Zilis one of the mothers and an executive at Musk's brain technology firm Neuralink, has already moved into one of the mansions along with her children. Musk and Zilis had recently welcomed the 11th kid earlier this year.

The second mother, Claire Boucher, popularly known as Grimes is involved in a legal dispute with him and has kept her distance. She has three children with Musk.
Musk is believed to have 11 children, while some reports suggest a twelfth as well. He had three children with Shivon Zilis—the two-year-old twins, Strider and Azure, and a third child, who the couple welcomed earlier this year.
Singer Grimes, is also the mother of three of Musk’s children, a four-year-old son X AE A-XII, a 2-year-old daughter, Exa Dark Sideræl, and another 2-year-old son, Techno Mechanicus. Musk and Grimes are engaged in a legal battle involving custody of the children. The two revealed their separation in 2021, although they have tried to reconcile multiple times. Musk filed a lawsuit against Grimes after she moved to California in August 2023, taking two of the children with her.
Musk had five children with his first wife, Justine Wilson, with whom he remained married from 2000 till 2008. In 2004, the former couple had twins Griffin and Vivian, and in 2006, they welcomed triplets Kai, Saxon, and Damian. Musk’s first child, Nevada, tragically passed away in 2002. It is unclear whether Musk’s older children will be residing in the new home or not.
