Abu Salem Abdul Qayoom Ansari
Abu Salem, who hails from Uttar Pradesh's Azamgarh district, is one of the major conspirators in the 1993 blasts. He is a close aide of Anis Ibrahim Kaskar (Dawood's brother). He is believed to be the one to provide weapons for the attack. He worked as Dawood Ibrahim gang's driver and delivered weapons and illegal cash to different gangs.

Mustafa Ahmed Umar Dossa
Mustafa Ahmed Umar Dossa alias Mustafa Majnu was extradited from the UAE. He played a crucial role in the arrangement of ammunition and explosives. As per the charge sheet filed by the investigating agency, the explosives landed under Dossa's supervision. His brother Mohammed Dossa was deported from Dubai in 2003 and was arrested under the TADA act.

Mumbai Blast 1993
Firoz Abdul Rashid Khan, who was a loyal partner of Dossa, has also been convicted by the TADA court. He acquired a fake passport and fled to Nepal and then to Dubai. He was accused of smuggling explosives to India for the 1993 blast.
Taher Mohd Merchant alias Taher Taklya has been convicted for planning the blasts in a meeting in Dubai. He asked his accomplices to train men to handle arms and explosives. He also arranged for the stay and visa of his fellow conspirators who went to Dubai to acquire arms.

Mumbai Blast 1993
Karimullah Osan Khan alias Karimullah Hussain Habib Shaikh was a leading member of the Eijaz Pathan gang. He was also one of the major accomplices during the blast and helped during the landing of the explosives. He knew all about the destructive properties of RDX and other ammunitions. He has been charged before for distribution of arms to various people including Shekhadi Jetty.
Riyaz Ahmed Siddiqui arranged a Maruti Van and transported RDX and ammunitions to Abu Salem in Gujarat. He wasn't charged with conspiracy but for transporting ammunition in a van which was later used in the blast.

Dawood Ibrahim
Dawood is suspected to be the mastermind behind the serial bombing. He is the leader of D-Company, a crime syndicate and is one of the most wanted criminals.

Abdul Qayoom Karim Shaikh was acquitted and his immediate release has been ordered by the court.

Fisherman's Colony in Mahim Causeway, Zaveri Bazaar, Plaza Cinema, Century Bazaar, Katha Bazaar, Hotel Sea Rock, Terminal at Sahar Airport (now known as CSIA), Air India Building, Hotel Juhu Centaur, Worli, Mumbai Stock Exchange Building, Passport Office, Masjid- Mandvi Corporation Bank Branch were targeted by the bombers.
