1 armed man holed up in Brussels building; no terror link, says police

At least one armed man is holed up inside a building in Brussels, media reports said.

The building is reportedly in the forest area in Brussels. There are no reports of any injuries so far.

Reports said police have surrounded the area which is situated inSaint-Denis Square.

Armed officers blocked traffic while a helicopter hovered over the scene of the incident in the Forest district, an AFP journalist said.

"At this stage it seems to be a private dispute. There is absolutely no link with terrorism," police said.
