US President-elect Donald Trump's pick for Secretary of Health and Human Services, RFK Jr, who has aimed to 'Make America Healthy Again', was seen posing with McDonald's fast food along with Trump, Donald Trump Jr, and Tesla CEO Elon Musk.
The caption of the viral photo shared by Trump Jr was "Make America Healthy Again starts tomorrow". The photo showed the leaders indulging in fast food.
Speaker Mike Johnson and Musk were seen in a photo clicked on Trump Force One en route to New York City.
The four leaders had a McD platter kept in front of them which consisted of fries, burgers, soft drinks and other condiments.
The fast food, which was the favourite of president-elect Trump, doesnot align with RFK Jr's 'MAHA' philosophy which he had been advocating for years.
"How on earth did they get RFK Jr to eat McDonald's?," wrote one person jokingly on X.
"RFK Jr. wonât be lasting very long in this administration if heâs forced to eat McDonaldâs. He doesnât look happy," wrote another user.
"RFKs like âthey caught meâ," said a third user.

"This is not a good look. McDonald's is literally poison and here y'all are promoting it. Could have had a photo op with salads or a nice steak and potato dish but y'all went this route. Do better," commented a fourth user.
"Make McDonaldâs Healthy Again too!" wrote a fifth user.
Last week, while speaking about former presidential nominee RFK Jr, podcaster Joe Polish said, âCampaign food is always bad, but the food that goes onto that aeroplane is, like, just poison. You have a choice between â you donât have the choice, youâre either given KFC or Big Macs.â
Kennedy has protested against industrial chemicals and preservatives which are put into US food.
