<p>"We can confirm True will have a sibling who was conceived in November," confirmed Khloe’s spokesperson. Khole is grateful to the surrogate for "such a beautiful blessing," her representative said, adding, "We'd like to ask for kindness and privacy so that Khloe can focus on her family."</p>

<p>The pair reportedly have not been on talking terms since last December.</p>
