It's not out of place to see groups of kayakers on any given day exploring the iconic sights of Sydney's world famous harbour, but one such paddling tour is doing things a little differently. With a paddle, a bucket, a sieve and a picker stick, 'Sydney by Kayak' offers guided paddles with the sole objective of removing rubbish from the harbour and according to founder Laura Stone, the tour is as popular as ever.
