Five years ago, Michel Roccati was paralysed after a motorbike accident. His spinal cord was completely severed. &nbsp;&nbsp;

Now, he can walk with the help of the electrical implant, which has been surgically attached to his spine.

For the first time, a person, who has had a complete cut to the spinal cord, has been able to walk freely.&nbsp;
