Rajya Sabha Secretary-General Desh Deepak Verma on Friday flagged off two units of E-vehicle transport facility for ferrying members in the parliament premises. Rajya Sabha Chairman and Vice President Venkaiah Naidu also inspected the E-vehicles after they were flagged off.
