It appears the Indian Central Bank has drawn a red line for the rupee at 84 to the dollar. The currency has been testing a series of record lows recently. However, it has not breached that crucial threshold because of the Reserve Bank of India's intervention. This is according to ANZ banking group and Nuvama institutional.
