The annual tradition of Casagrand started in 2013 when the company treated 50 employees to a trip to Singapore. Since then, the real estate developer has been taking its employees to various locations like Thailand, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Dubai, and London. The company also maintained its tradition during the pandemic by planning trips to Abu Dhabi and Dubai and to Switzerland and Australia in later years.

For this year’s trip to Spain, the company has funded flights, luxury stays, immersive cultural experiences, guided tours, and gourmet dining for the employees in Barcelona.
