Rajasthan&#39;s exile from Indian and international cricket finally ended on Monday, after the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) lifted its ban on the Rajasthan Cricket Association (RCA) on the condition that former Indian Premier League (IPL) commissioner Lalit Modi stays away from its functioning.

The decision was taken during BCCI&#39;s Special General Meeting (SGM), held in Delhi.

The RCA was suspended by the Indian cricket board when Lalit Modi was re-elected its president.&nbsp;

Fresh elections were held under the supervision of Rajasthan High Court and Congress leader CP Joshi was elected as its president in June this year.

The Indian Cricket Board was also looking after RCA&#39;s cricket affairs since its suspension in 2014.

The RCA had filed a suit against its suspension by the BCCI, to which the board had asked the association to withdraw all pending cases and not to involve the cricket board in any case.&nbsp;

The Supreme Court-appointed Committee of Administrators (CoA) has already dissolved the ad-hoc committee constituted to run the affairs in Rajasthan cricket, thus paving a way of revoking the ban.
