<p>The bank has been receiving a lot of support as it opened in winters when&nbsp;people living on the streets need&nbsp;clothes to keep themselves warm.</p>

<p>According to Praveen Bhatt, the person behind the &quot;happiness bank&quot;, it aims to make labourers and other underprivileged people live comfortably.</p>
