<p>Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar who returned to Goa on Thursday after three months of medical treatment in US said "It feels nice to be back".</p>

<p>Parrikar, 62, was undergoing a treatment for the pancreatic ailment in US since March.</p>

<p>He was initially admitted to the Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai on February 15 after getting diagnosed with the ailment.</p>

<p>He was discharged on February 22 and returned to Goa on the same day where the chief minister presented the Goa Budget.</p>

<p>The session, however, remained short to only four days because of his illness.</p>

<p>The chief minister was then admitted to the Goa Medical College and Hospital on February 25 after he complained of dehydration.</p>

<p>He was eventually referred to the USA after he went to Mumbai on March 5 for the second time.</p>

<p>Before leaving Goa, Parrikar had formed a cabinet advisory committee to guide the state administration on governance and other issues, in his absence.</p>

<p>He had been monitoring the affairs of the state from the US.&nbsp;</p>
