A former actress has said Steven Seagal raped her when she was working as a film extra in 1993.

Regina Simons claims Mr. Seagal invited her to a party at a house to celebrate finishing filming for 1994 action movie On Deadly Ground.

Regina Simons called the alleged assault &quot;very predatory, very aggressive and traumatizing&#39;&#39; during an interview that aired Friday on NBC&#39;s &#39;Megyn Kelly Today&#39;. She was 18 at the time.&nbsp;

She also explained her reaction the alleged series of events.

&quot;I couldn&#39;t move. I just completely froze and even felt like I left my body,&quot; she said. &quot;I know I was crying.&quot;

She also says she remembers seeing a photo of actress and model Kelly LeBrock on the nightstand, who was Seagal&#39;s wife at the time.&nbsp;

Simons said she has filed a police report with both the Los Angeles and Beverly Hills police departments.
