<p>Altaf Funtoosh is the son-in-law of Hurriyat hardliner Syed Ali Shah Geelani.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The NIA had conducted searches across the national capital and Kashmir in relation to the case of terror funding last month.</p>

<p>The NIA had questioned Nayeem Khan, Farooq Ahmed Dar alias Bitta Karate and Gazi Javed Baba in terror funding case last month.</p>

<p>Nayeem Khan was suspended by Geelani from Hurriyat after he confessed to receiving money from Pakistan-based terror groups in a sting operation, a PTI report had said.</p>

<p>In a preliminary inquiry, the NIA had alleged that separatists received funding from Hafiz Sayeed-led Lashkar-e-Taiba to carry out subversive activities in Kashmir.</p>
