Marvel Universe’s latest offering Avengers: Infinity War was expected to break records but such a staggering leap has left all stunned. The box office collection of the film in India has so far broken records of all movies released this year including high grosser Padmaavat as Avengers raked in more than Rs 120 crore in its first three days of release.&nbsp;

As per trade sources, the Hollywood mega starrer garnered Rs 41.67 crore on Sunday, taking its gross box office collection to Rs 120.90 crore. The film registered Rs 31.3 crore on Friday and Rs 30.50 crore on Saturday. The film has already broken the record for highest North American opening weekend, earning $250 million at US and Canadian box offices. Globally, the film earned $630 million (approximately Rs 4181 crore) at the box office in its first weekend.
