<p>Veteran Marathi film actor and stage artiste Ramesh Bhatkar died in Mumbai on Monday. He&nbsp;was 70.The actor was suffering from cancer for some time. He was the husband of Bombay HC judge Mridula Bhaskar.&nbsp;The actor was well known for his role in TV series `Commander` and `Hello Inspector.`<br />

Soon after his death, actor Anupam Kher posted a message on Twitter, remembering Bhatkar. He wrote, "Really saddened to know about untimely demise of veteran actor #RameshBhatkar. I had the opportunity to meet him briefly on the sets of #TheAccidentalPrimeMinister. May God rest his soul in peace and give his family the courage to deal with the loss."</p>

<p>Anand Pandit Motion Pictures that has several hit films to its credit is now venturing into Marathi cinema along with producing Hindi language films.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The production has now announced that they will co-produce ‘Ti And Ti’ that is slated to release in March this year. It is directed by Mrinal Kulkarni.&nbsp;</p>

<p>It features Pushkar Jog, &nbsp;Sonalee Kulkarni and Prarthana Behere Jawkar as lead characters.</p>

<p>On the film, Anand who is the founder of the company said, “The story of ‘Ti And Ti’ was definitely very interesting and that was my sole reason for choosing to co-produce it. I have always said quality content will remain the key to success, so long as good content comes my way I am willing to back it wholeheartedly. Apart from that, it was a great combination of the director and actors who were a part of the movie. It was to good an opportunity to let it pass by.”</p>

<p>The production company has been a part of several big projects including ‘Sarkar 3’, ‘Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2’, ‘Grand Masti’, ‘Baazaar’ and ‘Satyameva Jayate’.&nbsp;</p>

<p>They are currently producing ‘Total Dhaamal’ with Ajay Devgn Productions.&nbsp;</p>
