Police have cautioned residents to remain at least 200 metres from the plant until 11 am as a safety measure, and authorities say the situation is now under control.&nbsp;Meanwhile, OCW officials confirmed that the affected facility is a Godhani Gram Panchayat-operated water plant and not an NMC- or OCW-operated facility. The OCW team responded to the emergency for assistance in controlling the leak using SCBA (self-contained breathing apparatus) sets. Police and authorities from the Directorate of Industrial Safety and Health (DISH) reportedly appreciated the quick response and help provided by OCW personnel in a very short span.
