<p>Ahead of Valentine&#39;s day, Lucknow University has issued an advisory for the students restricting their movement inside the premises of the university for February 14.</p>

<p>The advisory asked the students not to roam inside the premises of the university on Valentine&#39;s Day.</p>

<p>It also warned&nbsp;that disciplinary action will be taken against anyone&nbsp;who violates the advisory.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The university authority has declared February 14 as a holiday for Maha Shivratri.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Meanwhile, the state chief minister Yogi Adityanath said that law and Order in Uttar Pradesh is under control and crime against women is minimal. The chief minister said&nbsp;that in the 10-month rule of the BJP government, the state did not witness &quot;any riot or curfew&quot;.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Yogi Adityanath was addressing a press meet in the poll-bound state Tripura.&nbsp;</p>
