The questions surfaced after he missed the anniversary of the birthday of North Korea’s founding father and Kim’s grandfather, Kim Il-sung, on 15 April. and later missed the Army Day celebrations on Friday. While there has been no guaranteed news or statement released by the officials, according to satellite images reviewed by a Washington-based North Korea monitoring project, a special train probably belonging to the leader was spotted in a resort town.
