More than 200 students in three districts in southern Odisha, have fallen ill in the past two days after consuming meals provided by the government, media reports said.

More than 160 students &nbsp; of four primary schools in Kalahandi and Gajapati districts fell ill on Thursday after consuming the mid-day meal, <a href="http://odishatv.in/odisha/body-slider/over-150-students-fall-ill-after-eating-breakfast-at-school-239279/">OdishaTV.in </a>reported.

The mid-day meals were supplied by Lanjigarh based Mana Trust, the report quoted sources as saying.

In Gajapati more than 80 students of the Badakalabat Ashram School complained of feeling ill after consuming biscuits following the mid-day meal. They were taken to a nearby hospital. 
 
Over 80 children from three schools in Kalahandi fell ill of food poisoning, the report said, adding that the condition of two of the school children was critical. 
 
The students had complained of stomach pain, nausea and vomiting and were immediately rushed to a hospital.

The District Magistrate of Kalahandi has ordered a probe into the incident, ANI reported. The top districr official said action would be taken against the culprits.

In Malkangiri district, more than 50 students of a school - run by the Odisha government - fell sick on Friday after consuming breakfast which had phenyl, a media 
report said. They were taken to a nearby hospital and their condition is said to be stable.

The report quoted sources as saying that the students had flattened rice for breakfast and that the rice bags had come in contact with phenyl that had been spilled on the floor.
