A heavy snowfall warning has been issued in japan's capital city Tokyo for the first time in four years. The first snowfall of the year for Japan turned into a bit of a scare after the Japan meteorological agency listed Tokyo and three surrounding districts under a heavy snow alert. Nearly two inches of snow had piled up in Tokyo while temperatures dropped to minus 0.4 degrees celsius.
