<p>The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) Monday grilled absconding diamond magnate Nirav Modi&#39;s chief financial officer Vipul Ambani in connection with the Rs 11,400 crore scam.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The CBI had called Vipul to headquarters with all the related documents.&nbsp;<br />

Vipul is the son of Dhirubhai&#39;s younger brother Natubhai Ambani.</p>

<p>Earlier on Saturday, the CBI had arrested three people, including PNB&rsquo;s former deputy manager Gokulnath Shetty, the bank&rsquo;s single-window operator Manoj Kharat, and Hemant Bhat, authorised signatory for Nirav Modi&rsquo;s firms.&nbsp;</p>

<p>A special court remanded all the three accused to 14 days&rsquo; CBI custody.</p>

<p>According to the source, the accused were taking commission, which was a fixed percentage on every LoU, for unauthorised access and swift password to the Modi firms.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The investigative agency conducted searches at PNB&#39;s Brady House branch in Mumbai. The branch has been sealed today with no one allowed to enter the premises.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Nirav Modi allegedly acquired fraudulent letters of undertaking (LOU) from a PNB branch in Mumbai to secure overseas credit from other Indian lenders.<br />
