The details of the call have now been made public, hours after the One Direction star died reportedly under the influence of alcohol and drugs.&nbsp; 
 
A frantic manager for the CasaSur Palermo Hotel in Buenos Aires where Liam was staying, begged law enforcement and requested “urgent” assistance, alleging the out-of-control singer was “putting his life at risk”. 
 
In the call, the manager did not name Liam but said a guest is 'drunk with drugs and alchohol' and 'breaking everything in the room.'

911 operator: "What is happening sir?" 
 
Hotel manager: "We have a guest drunk with drugs and alcohol. When he [them, gender not clear in conversation] is conscious, he is breaking everything in the room."

911 operator: "You said alcohol and drugs..."

Hotel manager: "This is correct."

911 operator: "You said Costa Rica intersecting where?"

Hotel manager: "Costa Rica 6032."

911 operator: "Repeat."
