Delhi high court on Thursday dismissed a National Herald publisher AJL's plea challenging an order to evict its premises in Delhi. A bench of Chief Justice Rajendra Menon and Justice V K Rao rejected the appeal of Associated Journals Ltd (AJL) in which it had challenged the Centre's decision asking it to vacate the ITO premises, reported news agency PTI.

Congress is expected to file an appeal in the Herald House eviction case, news agency ANI reported on Saturday citing sources. The report has come a day after the Delhi High Court dismissed Associated Journals Ltd's ( AJL) petition challenging the Centre's order to vacate its premises.
