<p>According to the locals, the posters have been put up by the people because of their belief that BJP workers were&nbsp;responsible for the rising number of&nbsp;rapes and crime against women.</p>

<p>The horrific rape and murder of an eight-year-old in Kathua Jammu and Kashmir shook the entire nation recently. The girl was held captive for several days, sedated and gang-raped for several days before being killed.</p>

<p>While in Uttar&nbsp;Pradesh an MLA has been arrested for allegedly raping a teen. The girl alleged that she was held captive in a hotel room by the district administration&nbsp;with guards surrounding her.&nbsp;</p>
