The wife of the Gurgaon judge shot by his personal security officer (PSO) has died.&nbsp;

The PSO shot the judge's wife and 18-year-old son in a crowded market area in Gurgaon Sector 49 on Saturday afternoon. News reports said Mahipal first shot the wife and then the son.

In video footage of the incident recorded by a witness, the guard Mahipal is seen trying to push the judge's son Dhruv into the car they were in. Mahipal leaves after he fails to do so.

The judge's wife and son were rushed to hospital. While the wife died from her injuries, Dhruv is still in the hospital.&nbsp;

Media reports citing doctors that Dhruv who was shot twice in the head, may suffer some disability after the recovery.&nbsp;

Police said the incident occurred around 3.30 pm when Additional Sessions Judge Krishan Kant's wife Ritu and son Dhruv had gone for shopping in the Arcadia market. They were accompanied by the judge's guard, Mahipal Singh.

PTI report says locals informed the police about gunshots being fired outside the market and found both lying in a pool of blood when a police team reached the spot.

The police later arrested Mahipal&nbsp;from Faridabad and&nbsp;launched an investigation into the matter.

"Interrogation is underway and it is too early to comment on the reason behind the incident," Sulochana Gajraj, DCP East Gurugram was quoted as saying by ANI.

So far no confirmed motive has been revealed behind the shooting. However,&nbsp;reports suggested that he was mistreated&nbsp;by the family.

Mahipal reportedly was head constable of Haryana police and serving judge for over a year now as his personal security guard.

PTI reported quoting officials,&nbsp; that he had been demanding leave to go home for the past few days but&nbsp;was&nbsp;denied. This might have led to him suffering from depression.&nbsp;

"The judge also used to scold him often," PTI reported quoting one of the interrogating officers.

On Saturday also, the judge's wife scolded him inside the car when they were going to the market, the officer also said adding that, "He had a grudge against the judge".

A day after a 16-year-old student of Gurgaon&#39;s Ryan International School was apprehended by the CBI in connection with the murder of a class 2 student, the family of Ashok Kumar, the school bus conductor who was arrested initially, decided to file a case against police officers who &quot;framed&quot; him.

&quot;Now it is almost clear that my son Ashok was framed and made a scapegoat. We have decided to file a case against Gurgaon Police SIT officers who framed and used torture and even drugged him to confess before the media that he had committed the crime,&quot; said Ashok&#39;s father Amirchand.

He said the family was seeking financial help from the villagers in filing the case.

In a sensational twist to the case, the agency announced yesterday that it had apprehended a senior student of Ryan International School on Tuesday night in connection with the murder of Pradhuman Thakur, rejecting the Gurugram police&#39;s theory that the killing was the handiwork of Ashok Kumar.

The CBI has said that there was no evidence against Ashok Kumar so far.

The&nbsp;Opposition party also attacked the BJP government and Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar over the &quot;shoddy&quot; police probe.

Ajay Yadav, a minister in erstwhile Hooda government, demanded a thorough inquiry against three DCPs and the members of the SIT who made the &quot;poor conductor&quot; a scapegoat.

&quot;Why did the SIT not quiz the 16-year-old student as he was the one who informed gardener Harpal Singh about the incident. The role of police officials should also be investigated by higher agency such as CBI,&quot; he said.

Haryana congress president Ashok Tanwar said it was an overall &quot;failure&quot; of the Khattar government.

Gurgaon Police Commissioner Sandeep Khairwar declared in a press meet on September 10 that Ashok was the killer and that he had tried to sexually assault Pradhuman.

Khairwar also said during the investigation that the charge sheet would be filed in 7 days of the murder.

Ryan student murder: Bus conductor to file case against police officers who 'framed' him

In a sensational twist in the killing of the class II student of Ryan International School, Pradyuman Thakur, the CBI has claimed that the Gurgaon Police framed the school bus conductor and planted a knife on him, declaring the case as solved within hours, a The Times of India (TOI) report said.

Sources told the TOI that the police resorted to framing the bus conductor, Ashok Kumar, since it was under tremendous pressure to solve the case.

The Times of India reported that the CBI had established in its two-month-long investigation that the knife belonged to the main accused in the case, a 16-year-old Class XI student of the same school. A CBI officer told TOI that the knife was purchased by the juvenile from a local shop, brought inside the school and was the only knife which was recovered. He added that the accused student on Thursday guided the investigating agency to the shop from where he had purchased the knife.

&quot;The knife was bought by the juvenile from a local shop and he brought it with him inside the school. This is the only knife which was recovered and so the claim of Gurgaon police that Ashok Kumar brought it inside the school and used it to kill the boy has no basis whatsoever,&quot; TOI quoted the CBI officer as saying.

While accusing the bus conductor, the Gurgaon Police had said that the school bus conductor had obtained the knife from the toolkit of the bus and was cleaning it in the washroom when Pradyuman came in, the TOI report said. They had claimed that the conductor tried to sexually assault the seven-year-old.&nbsp;

The doctor who had performed the post-mortem had earlier ruled out sexual assault.

The Times of India report states that while the CBI said the murder weapon was recovered from the flush in the washroom where it had been thrown by the student, the Gurgaon Police was silent over where the weapon was recovered from. 
 
The CBI source says the police will present the evidence before the juvenile court.

The agency told the juvenile court yesterday that the accused confessed to his crime in front of his father and an independent witness.

The CBI announced on Tuesday that it had apprehended a senior student of Ryan International School on Tuesday night in connection with the murder of Pradhuman. 
 
The CBI says it zeroed in on the accused teenager after inspecting CCTV footage, call records, questioning of staff and students and the &#39;suspicious&#39; behaviour of the accused during investigations.

The juvenile court in Gurgaon yesterday sent the student to three days&#39; CBI custody. He is being kept at the Sewa Kutir, a child welfare home, at Delhi&#39;s Kingsway Camp. 
 
The CBI has said that there was no evidence against Kumar so far. 
 
According to the agency, the Class 11 student, believed to be weak in his studies, allegedly slit Pradhuman&#39;s throat to get the school to declare a holiday in order to defer a scheduled parent-teacher meeting and an examination. 
 
The agency did not find any evidence of sexual assault, a CBI spokesperson had yesterday. 
 
The Gurgaon Police has refused to comment on the CBI findings. It says that the case was handed over to the CBI before the&nbsp;Special Investigation Team (SIT) could finish its probe.
