<p>Facebook is rolling out a new feature call &quot;Did You Know&quot; for user profile on the web and apps.</p>

<p>The feature appears on a user&#39;s profile and asks random questions about guilty pleasures, superheroes, hobbies, interests, like &quot;if I&nbsp;could be&nbsp;anywhere else right now I&#39;d be?&quot;, or more personal question like &quot; the scar,&nbsp;I have with the best story is..&quot;.</p>

<p>Later the information gets shared on your profile in a fun manner, a user can either share it for all to see or with &quot;only me&quot; setting.</p>

<p>Many tech experts are looking at this feature as a way of extracting user information that related to interests, hobbies, and personality and may one day become a part of advertiser profile.</p>

<p>The feature is based on an app called &quot;tbh&quot; on apple store which was acquired by Facebook in October.</p>

<p>The &quot;tbh&quot; app lets teenagers anonymously answer kind-hearted, multiple choice questions about friends but facebook asks more about a user than their friends.</p>

<p>By October &quot;tbh&#39;&#39; had over 205 million daily active users and 5 million downloads.&nbsp;</p>

<p>&quot;Did You Know&quot; feature has been rolled out to users from December 5 and to use this feature a user can either access it from clicking on their personal profile and tap on Did You Know section or you can just click on &#39;Try it&#39; section on your friend&#39;s post.</p>

<p>So far users are liking this feature and having fun with it.</p>
