Mainpal Dhilla — one of Haryana’s most-wanted criminals — has finally been arrested after being extradited from Cambodia.

Convicted in multiple murder cases and accused of killing even while in jail, Dhilla had escaped India in 2018 using a fake identity while on parole. A coordinated effort by the CBI, Haryana Police, and the Ministries of Home & External Affairs led to his repatriation.
