<p>In the letter to the Prime Minister, Kejriwal has&nbsp;written&nbsp;that the sealing is being undertaken because of some irregularities in the law.</p>

<p>He wrote that the centre was supposed to tackle such irregularities, however, it did not mend these on time, and now the people have to face the consequence.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Kejriwal added that the sealing drive was affecting the people who pay taxes and contribute to the development of the country.</p>

<p>He said to secure the earning of thousands of such people&nbsp;the parliament needs to pass an urgent bill. He added that unemployment at such a high rate will also affect law and order.</p>

<p>He said in his letter that these shopkeepers&nbsp;are at the extreme end of reaching poverty, one shop in the area supports the life of several people.</p>

<p>The chief minister&nbsp;also requested for opening&nbsp;the shops that have already been shut down after sealing.</p>

<p>In his letter to the Congress President, the AAP chief said that the opposition should debate on&nbsp;the sealing drive issue in Parliament.</p>

<p>Municipal corporations in Delhi have undertaken the Supreme Court-led drive sealing commercial premises for failing to deposit conversion charges.</p>

<p>Conversion charge is the amount paid to convert one category of property to another -- &nbsp;i.e, from residential to commercial.</p>

<p>Kejriwal on Wednesday met with the Delhi Lieutenant Governor to discuss the sealing issue.</p>

<p>He said &quot; I spoke to LG over sealing issue. He told me he has already spoken to centre&nbsp;about it and they will try to find a solution&quot;.&nbsp;</p>
