Caitlin Clark made her much-awaited Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA) debut on Friday (May 3). She played in the WNBA preseason game for the Indiana Fever before a 7000-strong College Park Center in Arlington, Texas against the Dallas Wings. This was the Iowa star's first game after the NCAA Women's Championship a few weeks ago and she did not disappoint.

The preseason game, however, was won by the Dallas Wings after Arike Ogunbowale's go-ahead 3P with three seconds remaining on the clock. The shot by Ogunbowale eventually proved good as the Wings beat Fever 79-76.

Her second three-pointer took Fever's lead to 14-3 minutes later. For her final three of the first quarter, Clark put down Wings' Jacy Sheldon, her former Big Ten rival from Ohio State, to get open and then pull up from the arc.
