But China refuses to help it because Netherlands revised its embassy's name in Taiwan to 'Netherlands office Taipei'.

The country did so to express its gratitude towards Taiwan and its healthcare workers for donating face masks to their country. It has also&nbsp;flown in tulips and stroopwafels to Taiwan.

The decision was made by the Netherlands trade and investment office.
